All orders are shipped promptly via UPS or Postal Service.
If your order is over $1000.00, you will be contacted by Customer Service regarding your shipping price. If you have any questions regarding shipping discounts for large orders, please contact us before you purchase!
Special Shipping Services: 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Saturday delivery. These have an additional charge, please inquire.
Overseas Shipping:You will be billed for actual shipping, handling, and insurance charges. Your order will be shipped via SURFACE unless AIR MAIL is requested. Please pay by credit card to expedite shipping, the invoice will reflect the appropriate charges. If payment is made by check drawn on a US bank, we will notify you of shipping charges and hold your order until balance of funds are received.
Our Guarantee
Wings Manufactured Products Are lifetime warranted
as long as they form part of our inventory. Discontinued items will be repaired
or replaced at the discretion of Wings excluding fair wear and tear that is not
guaranteed.
Wings Kneeboard Warranty All kneeboards have a ONE
YEAR warranty against material flaws and manufacturing defects including unstiching.
Damage due to misuse, or normal wear and tear may be repaired, refurbished or
replaced at Wings option for a maximum cost of $10.00.
Wings Cordura Bags All Cordura bags have a ONE YEAR
warranty against material flaws and manufacturing defects including unstiching.
Damage due to misuse, or normal wear and tear may be repaired, refurbished or
replaced at Wings option for a maximum cost of $10.00.
Lip and Finger Lights All have a ONE YEAR warranty
against material flaws and manufacturing defects. Damage due to misuse i.e..
pulled wires or external physical damage, may be repaired or replaced at Wings
option for a maximum price of $13.00.
We at Wings believe in goodwill and keeping the customer satisfied, we will work
any situation to mutual agreement.
Your Satisfaction
We firmly believe there is only one way to do business, and that is on a money-back
guarantee of satisfaction. You, our customer, must be fully satisfied with every
purchase. When you receive your order, check it carefully. If for any reason
you are dissatisfied with any item, return it within thirty days in the same
condition as received, and your money will be refunded promptly.
If you return merchandise for reasons other than shipping damage, be sure to
call customer service for instructions.
Shipping damage USPS - If the merchandise is received damaged,
notify your postmaster immediately. Have him acknowledge the report in writing.
Return his acknowledgement and the damaged item to us with a letter of explanation
and a copy of the invoice. Be sure to insure your package.
Shipping damage UPS - If the merchandise is received damaged,
notify the UPS customer service immediately. They will pick up the package and
leave a receipt. Do not dispose of any cartons if you find damage. |
